A Seafood Dream Come True in Colorado Springs! We had a truly exceptional dining experience tonight at JAX Fish House in Colorado Springs. From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in for a treat, and our server, Sarah, ensured the entire evening was flawless with her excellent customer service and engaging interactions. To start the evening, we enjoyed a wonderfully tasty and refreshing cocktail made with cucumber-infused vodka and lemon juice—the perfect palate opener. The food was the star of the show. We started with an impressive spread of appetizers and raw bar selections, including the fantastic Deviled Eggs with Lobster that were rich and indulgent. The Calamari was perfect—so tender and incredibly tasty, definitely a must-try. We followed that with a dozen raw oysters that were incredibly fresh and flavorful, alongside a generous portion of delicious baked oysters. The 1/2 lb of Peel n Eat shrimp seasoned with Cajun spice was oh-so-yummy and highly addictive. For our main courses, we enjoyed both the rich Carrot Risotto with Seared Scallops and the classic Fish n Chips. Every dish was executed beautifully and proved just how dedicated JAX is to quality seafood. Everything, without exception, was very tasty. The fresh oysters were chilled to perfection, while the seared scallops arrived beautifully presented on a shell. With locally sourced ingredients and playful 'Reindeer Snacks,' it’s a delightful spot for holiday dining. Friendly staff as well.

Nice restaurant downtown. We came here for lunch, enjoyed delicious oysters, lobster stuffed deviled eggs, calamari and snow crab. Great drink selection, local craft brews and great mocktails. Kerry’s service was top notch.

Aimee was an amazing waitress. She was chill and helpful. We were very comfortable with her on our Anniversary Dinner. Scallops are unbelievable and my husband enjoyed his fish and chips. Only downside was Cole slaw was too vinegary.

Great place for seafood, oysters, holiday decor and holiday cocktails. Best seafood chowder ever, loaded! Service is great...Bartender Carey is knowledgeable in drinks and the menu. Loved it and will be back! BTW fist raw oyster experience and Carey was great in my introduction!

Aimee was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I rarely treat ourselves to a fancy meal and we were looking forward to dining at Jax all week. Aimee was very knowledgeable about wine and made an excellent recommendation for a bottle based on what we were looking for. She was very helpful in explaining the various oysters and walking us through the menu. We started with a platter and oysters and Aimee timed our shared entree perfectly (even offering to have the kitchen split the entree on two plates). When we were still a little hungry she helped us pick out the crab cake appetizer. We had a great time chatting with Aimee and would love to dine with her again. Thanks Aimee!

Jax is one of our favorite place so I took my boyfriend in again tonight for his birthday and we had the most wonderful time! Connor was our server first day off training and he absolutely crushed it! will definitely be asking for him next time we go back :)

I have eaten at the JAX in the Springs for six weeks in a row. I eat there 3 to 4 times a week Their east coast oysters are awesome. Kerry, the server is one of the best I have ever experienced. He is personable and attentive. Laura, the manager is also terrific. She makes you feel at home while you are. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves seafood like I do
